I have an iPhone 12 and recently bought an Koodo SIM card for a monthly plan but when I go to My Number no phone number shows up and I don’t know what to do. When i push “My Number” it wants me to put a number in but I don’t have a phone number. How do I find my phone number. I thought the SIM card was going to give me one but I can’t find it.

If you setup the service online, you would receive an email with your koodo agreement. In the top left corner, it will tell you your phone number. If you were provided an agreement in person, the phone number will also be in the top left corner of your agreement under your name. Now if you only bought the sim card and didn't get it setup online or in a store, then you will need to do that first before you receive a phone number. I hope this helps

If you purchased a blank sim (not activated) in the store, it cannot be activated online.
To sign up for a Koodo plan, you can either sign up online and you will get a sim card shipped to your address, or you can activate in store ($70 connection fee applies).
You should also be able to activate over the phone with the help of a rep (by scheduling a call back), however, the activation fee $70 would apply.
So to clarify, did you only buy the sim card and that was all and it wasnt activated? As you will have to choose a plan and a phone number as well in order to get service with koodo, they arent active by only buying a sim card. To do it online you would have to then order a new sim and plan and it will take a few days for the sim card to arrive. If you choose to do it in a store, a $70 connection fee will be added to your first bill unless a rep can credit the fee, but the sim will be active straight away.

Is the number that I call to get a rep on the back of the card that held the SIM card?
No so the digits on the back are just the barcode of the sim and the sim card number. In order to use the sim card that you purchased you will need to return the store and have a rep activate it and discuss plans etc with you but as myself and Flo said, a connection fee will be applied if you do it in a store. Alternatively you can get a plan and koodo service online, but you can't use the sim you bought. You would have to wait for a new one to arrive in the mail.
Does Koodo do eSIM cards?
Yup they do, but they can only be acquired at a koodo store or Telus location. If an eSIM is what you prefer, it may be easier if you return to the store and have a rep activate a koodo line for you and swap the sim you have for an eSIM they can also explain plans with you and can setup the service for you too which would be good
