Hi, I'm receiving messages but I can't call, already tested all network solutions but nothing ( reboot, network settings...). Somebody could help me?

Have you tried putting your SIM card into another device to see if it works?


Yes still doesn't work 


Did you recently port over to Koodo? It is possible the transfer was not completely successful. You may want to contact the Koodo porting department at 1-844-232-7678.

You can download an app that can make and receive calls, such as Fongo. If the porting department is not able to assist, you can schedule a callback through Koodo Assist to that number instead.

I think it's because I don't have 3G network, when I switch to 4G everything is fine except the calls, but when I switch to 3G I don't have network anymore.

When did the issue start? 

Can you please turn your phone off for 10 minutes and let us know here once it’s turned off or right before you turn it off?

If possible, please test if the calls go through once you turn your phone back on.


Same result I can't call. But network and text are okay

No I'm not a new customer, I use koodo on this phone since a year.

Using Xiaomi 

I don't get any error the call doesn't go

I can't receive any call either 


Since it is also not working on another device, it may be an issue with your SIM card. You may want to go to your nearest Koodo store to get a replacement. 


I have the same issue. Phone has been working flawlessly for over 4 months and now all of a sudden it cannot make it receive calls. Data and text are working fine.

Which xiaomi phone? You said you put the sim card in another phone, and it still didn’t work with that other phone?

 

@Daniel Smith What have you tried to date? Have you tried changing network types?


I have power cycled. Re-checked my APN settings. Tried 5G and 4G as well as 3G. 3G I get no signal no signal issues with 4G or 5G. But nothing seems to work inbound or outbound for calls. Texting and Data are fine.
