We have Koodoo home phone internet. Our phone will not ring with any calls coming in. Has just happened in the last couple of days. We went and bought a new phone set and it does not work either. Anybody able to give advice? Tks.
Koodo Internet does not include home phone as well.
They do sell a wireless home phone package but that is a separate box, and separate plan.
Or is there something else going on that I didn’t quite understand?
We have the ZTE Model WF721 router? and have been paying Koodo monthly for a home phone plan so we can use our cordless phone (not cellphone - a regular phone). It will not ring - cant be the phone as we bought a brand new one and still does not ring.

We were unable to identify the account on our end.
Have you tried rebooting the Koodo Wireless Home Phone hub? Also, removing and reinserting the sim might help.
If none of those help, we recommend scheduling a call back through the virtual assist, so a support team member can further look into it.
We have been having the same issues. We can call out but no incoming calls.
