I got my Internet device 2 weeks ago. 
my activation date was December 9

I set up everything properly, including COAX connection. 
The black modem has: DS flashing green light, US and Online are off. LAN is solid amber. 
The Wifi6 router has 2 solid green lights and the Internet one is flashing green. 
I’ve tried restoring and unplugging the devices, nothing works. 

waiting for the technician to come but it’s been forever so I’m trying  to see if I can resolve the issue myself.

If it is flashing green, it seems it was trying to update. I would recommend you let it do it thing. You can also try to reset the modem to its factory settings and let it update.


I'm having the exact same issue but I've had my modem and router for 2 days now and never received a activation date email...

It was resolved. Had an issue with information. But I think it just takes long in general.
