I’m trying to reach my brother who has been ill and I receive the above-mentioned message.

Are you getting this message when you call different numbers or just your brother’s?

Is the number your try to call a Canadian number?

It seems to be the only number I have issues with. And yes, it is a Canadian number which I call regularly.

Are you able to send and receive text messages (sms) from him?
