Dear Koodo Support Team,

I recently switched to Koodo and have a few questions regarding my account:

  1. I attempted to transfer my old phone number to my new plan, but the process didn't go through. It said my IMEI number wasn’t correct. Could you guide me on how to resolve this?
  2. I just received my SIM card today, and I noticed that my bill is due on December 2. Could you confirm if this is correct and explain how the billing cycle works in this situation?

  1. You don’t have to fill in all the information when porting, account number should be enough, no need for IMEI.
  2. Koodo sent the SIM card by canada post, and they activate 2,3 days after they sent. If you had access to self-serve, go to bill area and download the PDF bill. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills Check the page 3 and 4 to see the billing date and other issue.
