- I attempted to transfer my old phone number to my new plan, but the process didn't go through. It said my IMEI number wasn’t correct. Could you guide me on how to resolve this?
- I just received my SIM card today, and I noticed that my bill is due on December 2. Could you confirm if this is correct and explain how the billing cycle works in this situation?
