Hi. It was never an issue with Koodo here in Coquitlam, BC, Canada, where we live. Phone calling has recently become a nightmare, as the call keeps dropping every few minutes. It is horrifying to apologize to people we call on the mobile. We have four lines with Koodo, all on iphone and we continue to suffer. 

Please add more towers in the area or increase the strength of your signals. You can see my address with you.
