Hello. I was having issues changing my perk and spoke with a representative. They ended up having to put my phone on seasonal hold, then take it off and re add my plan. Ever since then I cannot make or receive calls. I spoke with the support team yesterday and they were not able to fix the issue. I have reset the network. Turned the phone on and off a few dozen times. Removed and recentered the sim. 
I need my phone for work and don’t have a phone to phone the support team again. Does anyone know how to fix this
