I am in the US using easy roam. Data works but I can't make or receive a voice call. I contacted tech support and they tried to call but it went to voicemail. I can't call voicemail.
I tried connecting to other networks but that yielded error messages. T mobile is the only network I can connect to.

if you go into your self serve and check under your plan add ons, do you see if you have the international voice roaming add on? As this will need to be added in order to make and receive calls when roaming. More details can be found in the article 🙂👍

Are you able to test the sim on a different phone?
Yes, international voice roaming is on. Voice functions work fine in Canada but not in the US. No I do not have another phone with me.
You need VoLTE to use voice calls in the US since they have shut down their 3G network.
Please make sure VoLTE is enabled and the add-on is on your line in self serve.
