I just received my modem and router for Koodo home internet.  I received an email that no tech was required to visit my home.  When I received everything I was told that start date and proceeded to set up following the instructions given.  The power light comes on and is solid green the DS light continues to flash green and does not go past the flashing light.  I have reset the modem and the DS light stays on flashing green.
