Regarding price change, you could log into your self-serve and try to switch your plan there. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-rate-plan
Regarding the detail of your plan. Unfortunately, there isn’t a single place for all of the detail. You could try to look back into your service agreement when you joined Koodo to see the detail there.
Comparing “ancient” and newer plans is difficult and time-consuming as they weren’t designed with the same criteria. I recommend you visit a Koodo kiosk and ask a rep about little detail.

We recommend checking the available plan options in self serve using the steps in the link indicated by Dinh above.
All current Koodo plans include Canada-Wide calling and texting and come with way more data than your current plan. Speeds are 4G (up to 100Mbs). There might be plans available for existing customer at 5G speeds. If those are available to you, you should be able to see the options in self serve.
Some plans are even eligible for the $5 autopay discount. If you select a plan available in self serve (when following the steps in the link provided by Dinh above), you can see if it’s eligible for the autopay discount.
Please note that the autopay discount for eligible plans applies starting with the next bill coming after setting up the eligible plan.
Also, please note that for changes made in the middle of the billing cycle, proration applies: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/proration
My suggestion is to wait for Black Friday later this month. You’ll get the best plan options to change to. Any of them will be much better than 51 dollars for 3 GB.
