My current internet provider charges me $10/month to rent 2 wifi pods that I need to ensure adequate wifi range coverage in my house. I’m considering switching to Koodo for internet but can’t see if they rent pods or provide them free. Or don’t have these at all. Thanks.
Does koodo rent wifi pods to extend range?

Hi there,
Koodo currently don’t offer any form of range extenders or mesh systems. As it’s a new service, at the moment it is just the router and modem 🙂 however, you can buy lots of range extenders and mesh systems through Amazon or Best Buy instead and connect them to the Koodo equipment 👍
A mesh system is a good investment. You’d be better off doing that then renting them monthly.
Thanks for the recommendations. I have a combination modem/router (Hitron CODA from Cogeco). Any suggestions for a mesh that would work with this?
