I’m an existing Koodo customer and just got a new phone from Koodo. They included a new SIM card in the box but my new phone clearly has one in there (it’s a refurb). Do I need to use the new SIM they sent me or can I keep on keeping on with the one that’s in the new (to me) phone? I assume if they sent it they think I need it. Do I? 

If you are an existing customer, just use the sim in your old phone (the one you were using prior to purchasing this pre-owned phone).

I’m surprised that there would be an existing sim in the pre-owned phone.  Maybe when they were refurbishing it and testing it, they left it in the device.
