Koodo is throttling youtube to ~2Mbps this is horribly slow and can barely play 1080p, 4K is out of the question!
If anyone thinks this isn’t true it’s right on their website!

Have you tried another streaming site to see if the throttling stops?
Am I missing something? the Link says that for those with the unlimitd data addon, your speed is throttled to 512kbps after you use the “full speed” data cap. I don’t see it saying that Yuotube is restricted to 2mbps.
