My data hasn't been working since yesterday. Webpages won't load, can't send or receive pictures/videos through text, can't do anything that requires my data etc. Tried resetting my phone and network settings quite a few times and shutting my phone on and off, but nothing is working. 

Which phone model are you using? Have you checked if APN setting was set correctly as per this https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone


Don't have apn settings. Just checked. 


Just checked and reset like the link said. So it's kind of working now, but unbelievably slow. I have unlimited data so definitely not all used up


Is the network connection where you are good? What does a speedtest.net result give you?

Note that Koodo does not have unlimited plans so keep an eye on your data usage
