My daughter just upgraded her phone from an iphone 6s to an iphone 11Pro. I am out of the country and she says the sim wont fit so she can’t use it. What to do? Can I just get her service transferred to an esim??

The 6s is using nanoSIM that should fit well into the 11Pro. She could simply take the SIM out and put it into 11Pro.
If you would like to switch SIM, you need to buy an SIM card and switch it in self-serve
