cant setup my wifi

Followed every instruction and all I’m getting is a solid red light after a few minutes of flashing green lights, any suggestions?

It seems there was no internet connection. Did they say your internet was activated? Was there any particular date for that? As well, I assumed you had coaxial cable to your home?

Do I need a coax cable connected? It didn’t say so in the quick start manual
