All of a sudden my Samsung 5Neo phone will not receive sms picture messages. I get an error that says Download of (no subject) from phone number failed
My data is on.

With a recent change, older devices would need a software and APN update to continue receiving and sending Picture and Group messages. There are certain devices that might no longer be compatible with the change, in which case, a device replacement would be required.
