I am having issues on my phone with hotmail when using cellular data using Mail app, unable to send or receive emails. But hotmail works fine on my phone when using wi-fi, and when using web browser.
Can anyone help please? Thanks

Does everything else work on your data?
Could you try removing your email from your device and re-adding it?
Also could you try downloading the outlook app and see if your email will work through there instead?
Yes The most other apps work fine. Web browsers work fine as well.
But Gmail works fine using the Mail app and the cellular data. I wonder why Hotmail doesn’t work?

When you setup your hotmail did you choose the “outlook.com” option or the “other” option?
