Can't activate my Netflix account with Stream +

I’m following all the step I received from Koodo and Netflix to link my already existing Netflix account to Stream + but everytime I reaching the “We are almost done!”step and try to validate it, I’m getting this error…

That seems to be an error at at Netflix end. Can you do it again on a different device (laptop, desktop)? also try to use incognito mode to see if that can help?

Are you getting the error when your press Accepter and Regarder maintenant?

Hi, Yes I tried but nothing works...

I called Netflix support that ask me to call Koodo support but the chat assistant from Koodo send me to the Netflix support page 😖

Just to double check, did you follow the steps here: 

 to activate Netflix?

yes I followed all that steps. It worked for Disney + and Prime but i'm stuck with netflix
