I am not longer locked into a contract I would like to end my phone services with Koodo Mobile as I financially can not afford any of the plans yet can I even afford to do pay as you go I was wondering if I can end my service and how I would go about it?
Please Help as my phone isn’t a phone I don’t get phone calls I don’t get texts messages it’s not in use to me at all

To cancel, you will need to speak to a rep over the phone. You can schedule a callback through the automated assistant (link below under “Help”) and tell the bot you wish to cancel. You can enter any Canadian number to receive the call on.
