All of my incoming calls are going straight to voicemail, even my Callbacks. My texts and outgoing calls have been working fine.

Do you have do not disturb, a focus mode, or something equivalent turned on?

Hi ​@Thomas Delbert have you recently ported in your number to Koodo from a different carrier? If the port is not complete, incoming calls will not work on your Koodo SIM. Here is more information on transferring your number https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-number-koodo
