I had a Galaxy S20.  I had for 2 years but in the last 6 months whenever I made or received calls mine or the recipient's voice would be cut off so was constantly having to ask people to repeat themselves, or couldn’t make the call at all.  I’ve just purchased a new phone Google Pixel 9 I’ve just made my first call and it’s done it again. The Sim card that came with the new phone wouldn’t connect so still using old SIM but it has an eSim. 

I recommend replacing your sim card with the new sim card that came with the pixel.

You need to login to self serve to change your sim over from your current sim to the new sim

Thanks the sim has been changed over- so far so good!
