Are you a postpaid customer?

If you want to remove outgoing international call, go to your self-serve and remove the pay-per-use international calling add-on.

However, just a note, as a postpaid customer, you can’t block calls to number with country code (+1).

International long distance calls on prepaid should be possible only if you have a long distance booster added.

Do you have a long distance booster on your prepaid plan?

I did’nt added the long distance booster. I am new to prepaid Kodoo service moved from Rogers. I want to make sure by mistake if I dial long distance calls they don’t charge me like post paid and calls gets blocked due to the feature.

If you didn’t add a long distance booster, you shouldn’t be able to call international numbers.
