I’m having trouble getting my new internet going. When I plug it into the coax outlet it never goes online. DS led just keeps flashing. I was with bell before and they used a fibre optic cord that worked, so I’m wondering if the coax outlet in my house doesn’t work and I should get a converter (fibre to coax), does anyone have any advice?
