I have 4g data plan but Im only getting an average of 8 Mbps in my area. But when I tested my speeds at other areas I was getting 100mbps sometimes. I already contacted support regarding this and I already did the troubleshooting steps.
I am near the York university in north York. Can someone please look into this.

Have you tried to reset your network settings? Did you insert your SIM card into another phone to see if you have the same issue?

yes im getting low speeds in the same area
There’s not much more to do from here if you’ve already opened a technical support ticket. They would be able to look into if there’s a network issue in the local area and provide deeper trobuleshooting than we could here. It’s possible that there is some congestion atm or some work ongoing that has reduced network capacity in the area.
