Hi all,

Had an issue when setting up my new internet service on Friday. For whatever reason, Koodo has the wrong apartment # on file. The tech guy was not allowed to come into my apartment (presumably for legal or liability reasons). I managed to update my address on Self-Serve, but every time I try to access various Koodo help pages I get this:

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

I need to get in touch with Koodo so they can send a new tech person to my house to install my internet.

Last time I tried to call Koodo, the robot misunderstood my request and hung up on me repeatedly. -.-

Can anyone offer advice? What can I do?

If you are still getting the error above, please try opening the link in a different browser or device. Clearing cache and cookies might also help.
