I just signed up for the Budle streeming service, but when I try to activate the service, I cannot. (After I cliick "Axtivate" buttons, nothing happens). What should I do?

Have you received the activation emails after signing up for Stream+?

If you didn’t get the activation emails, please try clearing cache and cookies on your browser or try on a different one, and try to Activate again from self serve.

I did get the emails and try to activate, but it didn’t work. (I have received a separate email from Netflix directly, so I could activate their service, but not others.) What do you mean to “clean cache and cookies on my browser?” I tried to activate from self serve, but it did not work either.

We see that Disney+ was also activated in the meantime.

When you try to activate Amazon Prime using a different browser or in incognito, does the Activate button work?
