I repeatedly get an upside down ice cream cone picture when I try to login to self serve ... Koodo is not fun

Have you tried on a different browser or device? Please try also in incognito mode  on your browser and let us know if works.


Yes , still doesn't work

When did you successfully log in last time? Just to double check, did you register your self serve account with a different email address?


I don't use the self serve much , so it was likely a few months ago , and I can login but it won't let me go to mobility services , and I want to , because I would like to change to a plan with more data

In this case, your self serve profile may need to be reset. We recommend scheduling a call back through the virtual assist, so a rep can further assist https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help


Ya I did schedule a call back ,  just frustrated that I have to wait one day instead of being connected to a rep instantly or within an hour at least
