When will the password reset option be available again? Koodo changed my password and it won't let me change it

Can’t log in to make payments/change plans, the submit button for changing passwords will not work

What error are you getting when you try to reset your password? If it still doesn’t work, you can schedule a callback or contact Koodo on FB or X private message...

There is no error. When I press submit, nothing happens at all. How do I schedule a callback?

You can go to this page: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help? then click “Chat now”. You’ll just have to insist a little that you need a callback - the bot will try to sort your issue first :)
