Unable to select perk through self serve

I see multiple posts where this is an issue. We're also unable to select our perks for our two numbers through self serve after multiple failed attempts. Did all the cache clearings and incognito attempts as well.

We just want the premium voicemail. Is there anyone that can help?

There is indeed a confirmed issue that affects the ability to manage perks in self serve and our support is investigating.

In the meantime, we have submitted the request for the Premium Voicemail to be added to both lines on your account as you requested. It may take up to 7 business days for the perk to be added to your lines
