Hi, I am currently in China and my current mobile plan is a Seasonal Hold Plan, which means I can't use my phone in China. I only need to receive messages in China. I tried to use the self-service option on the official website to add the Easy Roam service, but I found that I couldn't add this service. What should I do?

If you are on seasonal hold, the SIM is temporary suspended, you can’t receive any SMS on it. If you want to roam, you would have to switch to another “normal” plan in self-serve.
