I’m trying to use Self Serve to change my plan from the one on the left (green) to the one on the right (blue).

I’d like to choose the Perk: Unlimited Long Distance Pack, but when I try to, I get an error message: 

I’ve tried numerous times over the past few hours. 

I’ve tried Google Chrome Icognito → ice cream cone flop.

I’ve tried Safari → ice cream cone flop.

I’ve tried choosing different perks → ice cream cone flop.

I’ve tried bypassing the Pick Your Perk → ice cream cone flop.

I can schedule a call back, but some other posts indicate that a $15 charge will be applied.

This is messier than the Ice Cream Self Serve area on a Disney Cruise Ship.
