Unable to change address

Unable to change my address online. Website accepts my address and says that the address was changed successfully but it never changes. Have been trying for 2 days now, with no success. Koodo assist is no help either. I requested a call back but got no calls. What to do?

Let me flag a rep to look into it.

Regarding the call back, did you have the confirmation with time and date from them? 

I’ve requested another call today at 6pm, so we’ll see

@Jb13 Loosk like the rep was able to update your address. Thanks for your patience with regards to this.  It appears your address is only listed in the Canada Post data base as a PO Box. I’m glad the rep was able to manually update it for you though.
