I can't cancel my home internet through the self-service option. I also received a call from Koodo Assist and have been waiting for an hour, with multiple representatives switching the call. Can someone assist me with this?

My service is already activated
You should be able to cancel on your Self-Serve account. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/how-do-i-cancel-my-koodo-internet-subscription
That’s the issue. I am not able to do it from self service
