I can't cancel my home internet through the self-service option. I also received a call from Koodo Assist and have been waiting for an hour, with multiple representatives switching the call. Can someone assist me with this?

That’s the issue. I am not able to do it from self service
What error are you seeing when you try to cancel the subscription via self serve?
There is no error but subscription is not getting cancelled
When you try to cancel does it take you to a subscription cancellation screen or something?
