I subscribed to Stream+ a week ago and my card has been debited. I got the activation email for Netflix, Prime and Disney to activate my accounts. I was able to activate and link my existing Netflix account. However, the activation didn’t work for Prime and Disney. Each time I click on the “Activate now” button in the email and I login to my Koodo account, the system doesn’t load my subscription page, rather it returns an error ”Sorry, your subscriptions list is not available at this time. Please try again or check back later.” I’ve called customer support and the activation emails were resent, but the issue persists. It’s frustrating that a simple process is becoming very complicated, especially being a new Koodo Subscriber. Please help in addressing this as quickly as possible.

Hi Find a screenshot of my CC transactions. As you can see, I got charged for streamplus and prime on the same day.
