My bill did not get paid while I was sick but I have paid it up now in full  as soon as I discovered  that phone was not working. 

Account now shows no balance outstanding. 

But also says my service was cancelled.     

I can’t figure out how to reinstate it.

I have tried self serve instructions for  reinstatement but I get stuck because it does not show me the “Mobile Services” option after I click Seft Serve.  Just shows me

Is there any way to get a live person to help with this.

 

You account might have been canceled for late payment. I would recommend you schedule a call back (to a number that you can receive incoming calls) from Koodo using their digital assist www.koodo.com/chat and ask a rep to look into it. You might have to pay reconnection fee though.

 


You can dial #227 to speak with the billing department and try to restore your service.
