In my kodoo service page :Transaction History,

it shows as below, but I did not do anything to change it and the worst thing is I can NOT dial out and receive calls at all for now !! what can I do ?

Is this from Koodo transaction history? It is the way Koodo show their current rateplan. The status was confusing as you could read it the rate plan change was “effective from July 21 2024.

the PROPLEM  is that right on Oct 30, I can NOT dial out and receive any phone calls  !!!

At the same time the message and data function works, only calling function DID NOT WORK.

I am sure my smart phone itself is ok, no hardware nor phone system software issues (I inserted my friend’s sim card, everything works, this means my phone hardware has no problems),

So there is must be something wrong on koodo calling system, urgently waiting for HELP !!!

Which phone are you using? from the description, it seems your phone wasn’t able to use VoLTE or 3G in your area.

thanks for your reply, for no reason the calling function works now !! it just ok without anything changes, so i think it is Koodo backbone system malfunction for some reason


Sometimes the backbone could malfunction for any reason. Rarely, a change in plans can cause an issue in service for those who have had the change.

NExt time you have an issue please don’t hesitate to follow up here more quickly so it’s not just you waited a few days and it came back.
