Hello, can someone help me please? The callback function never works, I get a notification that they tried to call me but my phone never rings it goes right to VM. It’s been like this for years and I end up having to go in to a store.

I ordered a SIM card December 30 and it says it shipped but I did not receive it yet!

You should check your blocked calls list to see if you happen to have the Koodo number blocked. It has happened to people who blocked the number without realizing it is from Koodo. If you review your blocked calls list, and see nothing there, we can look at other options.

Normally SIM cards are sent without a tracking number. It’s difficult to be able to say for sure what’s going on. You can also ask for assistance here on the matter.

If it takes any longer, you may well have to pick up a sim card in store.


Hi, thank you for your response, yes I checked, the Koodo number is not on my blocked list.  Do you think I should just go into a store and get a new SIM? It’s been more than 2 weeks since I placed the order. Thanks so much, Cheers, a


Are you able to login to your self serve account?  If so, you can purchase a sim from a Koodo kiosk and then complete a sim swap.

Or you can try a callback under a different phone number to see if the call can be connected that way and a rep can send another sim your way
