I have. What I suspect is i applied for two addresses and due to miatakes they did in the shipping delivering, one set was sent last week and one set today and they might not have activated the second address. The first green light is on, the second and third are blinking and the online green light is off.

You would have to schedule call back from Koodo using their digital Assist www.koodo.com/chat Make sure you ask them about 2 subscription as well.
