Hello, I just signed up for Stream Plus. I activated all of my subscriptions but when I go to "Your Subscriptions" in my Self Serve account, it still says I need to Activate Netflix. Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, and Telus all say "Launch", Netflix still says "Activate". Is this going to be a problem?

We have looked into it and indeed it appears that Netflix is not activated.

Just to double check, have you linked your existing Netflix account when you followed the activation link as per the article here ?

For TELUS, no activation is required, you should be able to access TELUS Films and Series here 


I never had a Netflix account prior to signing up for Stream Plus. I am able to use the Netflix account I just signed up for through Koodo and it says in my account with Netflix, the billing is through Koodo.


I just checked my Self Serve again. It says "Active" and they all say "Launch" now. Does this mean it's all good?

No, I just read through the information in that link you sent me and decided to check it again, and it had changed.
