I had to do stream plus for like nine months and it was good but yesterday it says it was expired and it stopped working so I go and added it again and it says purchase in progress for a long time and I don’t know why I hope you can fix this

Can you please clear cache and cookies and then check again in self serve the status of the subscription?

Did you already enter the credit card details? If yes, was your credit card charged?
