still cant choose perk 14 days later

 I have been trying to add the rollover data perk to my account for the last 14 days since I got Kudo and it is still showing this message

Hi there @Alex1992   We have submitted a request for the $0 Rollover Data perk to be added to your account. You should see it applied in 7 days or less in you Self Serve.

We actually checked your account and you already have the Rollover Data option added to your account. We know you can’t see it in your options, but we assure you that it is currently on your account. 

Its a glitch and our team is currenlty looking into it.
