I am trying to swap my SIM card and I’m not receiving the email verification and I can’t send it though sms because I’ve lost my phone and original SIM card. I had a spare phone and I’m trying to set this new SIM card up to get my number on it

Have you checked the spam folder for the email verification? 


Yes i’ve checked all the folders in my mail. I have a call back frequested for tomorrow but for my job i need  a phone at all times. Very unhappy with koodo customer service and Koodo Kiosk as they told me they were unable to help me until I get a verification code.
