Switched over to koodo. everything looks right 

i keep getting sim 1 is not provisioned (tried every fix out there) still not working.

this is starting to be a matter of emergency and I can’t even get to a customer service rep

Hi there,

So a couple of questions: which phone are you currently using? And just to clarify when you switched to Koodo, did you do it online or in person? Do you already have the new Koodo sim and have inserted it into the phone?

We have checked and the transfer was completed successfully.

Have you tried reinserting the Koodo sim card?
