Hello, 

*System can’t process request

I’m trying to add a tab plus plan and an S2FE but it won’t work in self-service. I’ve tried different browsers, and tried incognito mode, but nothing seems to work. 

 

 

Does it work when trying to select any of the other plans?

Yes, it works for all of them except the first two for $29, and $30.

The first two are part of a different offer and are not stackable with the S24 FE offer.

I can’t even add them to my cart though without getting the error. This is before I add a phone.

Please try adding the phone first and then see what plans are offered to you.


The same plans are offered after I pick the phone. 


Alright, and it still doesn’t let you picking one of the last two?


Nope, it won’t let me pick one of the first two.

What about the last two plans listed above?  Does it let you select any of them?

 


Yes, I can select the last two plans.


Alright, the last 2 are eligible with the offer for the phone, so you should be able to place the order. 

The first 2 aren’t stackable with the phone offer.

If you decide to place the order and cannot pick any of the last 2 plans in the screenshot, you can pick any plan available in self serve, and we can help with the change to one of the last two plans in the screenshot.


That doesn’t make sense. If I don’t have a phone added to my cart, I still can’t add one of the first two plans.
