I am unable to access my subscriptions via Self Serve. It has been out of order for awhile now. When will it be fixed?

Just to confirm, you are able to log into your self serve but the subscriptions don’t show?

If yes, can you please share a screenshot of what you see?

Please mask any personal details, since it’s a public forum.


 


Try clearing your browser’s cache or trying on a different browser to see if you can see your subscriptions


Clearing the cache did not work. Does not work on Chrome/Edge or Firefox.


@Internet_User When did you notice this error?

Do you have an active subscription at the moment, Koodo Internet or Stream+?


This error has been there for over a week now. I do have an active subscription. I have Koodo Internet bundled with my Telus cell phone.


So the internet is the only Koodo service you have?

Are you trying to cancel the internet subscription?


I initially wanted to just change the credit card on the account, but since I can’t even do that...sure...cancel the Internet subscription.


You will need to request a callback via Koodo assist to have a rep reset your account so you can see your internet service subscription
