Is anyone having problems with Koodo self serve not working? I can get to the overview page with a pop-up about product protection, but eveytime I select anything from the drop down menu, it takes me back to the overview page. I cannot transfer my number, edit my profile, or pay my bill. I have had no luck with trying to contact Koodo.

Can you please let us know if you are logging into your Koodo self serve using the same email you created your community account with, or it’s a different one? (Please do not share it here)
Also, were you able to access the details in self serve before or it was always like this?
Try clearing your browser’s cache or try a different browser / device to try to access self serve
