Hi,I was trying to reactivate my Sim card after putting it on hold. I was told to log in and go under self serve and choose “ mobile services” ,select Resume regular service,then choose a plan,but whenever I tried to go under mobile services,I couldn’t find such an option. Therefore, I couldn’t find a way to resume my regular plan. Any ideas how to reactivate my sim?
Just to confirm, when you said you put it on hold, did you put your SiM on “seasonal hold” for $15/month?

Can you Just change to an a tube plan? Does that work?

It seems you were on a special seasonal hold plan. I think that might be the reason for the issue. Are you able to schedule a call back to a different Canadian number (that you can receive incoming calls normally) ?
