Hi everyone,

I recently switched my phone number to Koodo and need to activate my eSIM. However, I don’t have a physical SIM card from Koodo, and I'm unable to visit a store to obtain the QR Voucher.

Could anyone assist me in getting a QR code for my eSIM activation? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have already transferred to Koodo and my online account is now working with my transferred number.
However, I need to manually activate Koodo on my cell phone because I am not in Canada at the moment.

Hi there,

unfortunately the only way to acquire an eSIM from Koodo is from a Koodo store. There is no other way to acquire one, they do not offer to supply one online or via an email etc, only from a store. Alternatively if you know someone in Canada who can acquire one for you and just send you a picture of the QR code and the back of the eSIM that could work but that’s about it.
